At Milestones Studio, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and hassle-free. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Processing Time

  • Digital Art Proofs: Sent the next business day via email after receiving your order.
  • Framed Prints: Typically processed 1 business days after you approve your digital art-proof (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Delays: If there are any issues, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Methods

  • All orders ship by Express Post with Australia Post
  • Delivery estimates are displayed here.
  • Note that delivery times are estimates and can vary based on destination.

Shipping Charges

  • All orders ship Australia-wide for free.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
  • Use the tracking number to monitor your shipment's status.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery depends on the destination.
  • External factors like weather, customs, or carrier issues can affect delivery times. We aim to meet estimates but can't guarantee exact dates.

Address Accuracy

  • Ensure your shipping information (name, address, contact details) is correct.
  • We aren't responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.

Order Delivery

  • Orders go to the address provided at checkout.
  • If you're not available at delivery, Australia Post will provide pickup arrangements.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • For lost or damaged items, contact customer support immediately with order details and documentation.
  • We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Order Cancellation

  • Due to the custom nature of our prints, orders cannot be canceled after digital proof approval and printing.
