What are the shipping times?

Is shipping free?

Yes! Free express shipping is included for all orders.

Can I change the headline?

Yes - you're welcome to reword the headline. Our only recommendation is to keep the total number of characters similar to avoid the font getting too big or too small and not looking great.

Do I get a preview?

Yes! You'll receive a digital art-proof the next business day.

Orders do not enter production until we've received your approval to print.

Can I send a colour photo?

Yes - we will convert it to black and white when we prepare your file so it's similar to the photos shown in the product listing.

Do you gift wrap?

Yes! All orders are wrapped with care.

First, we protect your framed print in soft tissue paper and seal it with a sticker. To ensure it arrives safely, we add corner protectors before wrapping it in eco-friendly honeycomb paper and a ribbon.

Do I need a scanner?

No. If you need to digitalise an old photo, a photograph taken of the original with a smartphone is a great option if you don't have access to a scanner.

Remember to take your photo in a room with good natural light to help avoid shadows.

How many pixels should my photo be?

Ideally 1,200 pixels x 1,600 pixels or larger. If you're not sure send us a message, we're happy to check your image for you before order.

Is a personal message required?

No - the personal message at the bottom of the print is completely optional.

Will my photo work?

If you have an older photo with dust or scratches, we will touch it up in Photoshop at no charge as part of our service.

If you are not sure about the resoltuion or have any other concerns about the image, please feel free to reachout - we're happy to check for you prior to purchase.
